Terms of Sale – flokk & fjell 

Introduction 

These terms of sale apply to all purchases made through flokk & fjell’s online store and showroom by consumers. By placing an order, you accept these terms. 

Ordering and Contract Conclusion 

A purchase agreement is binding once you have confirmed your order at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email when we have registered your order, and a shipping confirmation when the goods are dispatched. 

We reserve the right for typographical errors, technical errors, price changes, and for goods being sold out. All products are produced to order. 

Prices 

All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT). For sales within the EU, VAT is collected according to the rules of the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, based on the customer’s country of residence. 

Shipping costs are added separately and shown clearly before payment. Product descriptions and images are intended to provide the best possible representation, but variations in colors and materials may occur. 

Payment 

We offer secure payment solutions via debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, and Klarna. The amount will be reserved or charged at the time of ordering, depending on the selected payment method. 

Shipping and Delivery 

All our products are made to order. The normal delivery time is 4–8 weeks, but delays may occur. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery address, and are specified at checkout. 

If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped together once all items are ready for delivery. 

Right of Withdrawal 

As a consumer in Norway or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the deadline expires. The goods must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal. 

Products must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Once we have received and approved the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. 

If you do not receive correct information about your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended up to 12 months under EU rules. 

Returns and Complaints 

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or adapted specifically for you. 

If a product has a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. The complaint period is 2 years, or 5 years for goods expected to last significantly longer, in line with Norwegian and EU law. 

In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping and the costs of replacement or repair. 

Transport Damage 

Please check the package upon receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend that you take photos and report it to the carrier immediately. For hidden damage, notify us within a reasonable time. 

Privacy 

We process personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information you provide is treated confidentially and used only to fulfill your purchase and provide good customer service. We never sell your data to third parties.

Reservations and Limitation of Liability 

We reserve the right for possible misprints, price changes, and goods being out of stock. flokk & fjell is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or failure to deliver a product.
