If a customer account has been inactive for three years, the data will be deleted, except for name and address, which are kept for accounting purposes. When the data is no longer needed, it will be anonymized or deleted. 

Your Rights 

As a customer, you have the right to access the personal data we process about you, and you may request that data be corrected or deleted. You may also request restriction of processing, object to processing, or request the data be provided to you in a structured format. 

You may withdraw your consent to marketing or profiling at any time. If you believe we are processing your data in violation of the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
