Furniture

In close collaboration with Ahda, we designed the interior of their architectural and design studio in Sandane. We chose both custom made Flokk and Fjell wool textiles, tailored to the chosen color palette. The sound-absorbing panels are mounted in room dividers and cabinets made of plywood.

Room dividers

The room dividers measure 150 x 150 x 40 cm and have sound-absorbing panels on both sides, effectively dividing the room into smaller sections for individual employees. This not only provides comfortable and inspiring workplaces, but also improves acoustic qualities exactly where they are needed, ensuring an environment that promotes creativity, motivation and well-being.

Cabinet

The doors on the cabinets are constructed with sound-absorbing panels from flock & fjell. The yellow cabinet has a plant dye from birch, while the grey one is made from Norwegian fur sheep wool.

Plant color: Birch

We use the pigments in birch leaves as a dye for their beautiful yellow color. In early spring, the leaves give off bright yellow colors, while in autumn they give off warmer tones.
