Circular interior design

For the two large meeting rooms in the circular interior design for the It Swettehûs bridge center, Roem chose to collaborate with flokk & fjell. Two artworks were commissioned with the themes "water" and "waterside". The artworks by flokk & fjell are both aesthetic and functional. The wool felt panels improve the acoustics in the room while providing a unique visual experience.

Especially for this project, we have used flax from Ee (Friesland) in the panels. Flax production in Friesland has been given a new lease of life with the goal of creating sustainable products from local and renewable materials.
